Dumbbell Incline Chest Press 12/10/10
Clean Press 12/10/10
Pull-ups 10-12 reps (can be weighted to complete no more than 12 reps)
Dumbbell Squats 10-12 reps 
30 Mountain Climbers

(Repeat 3-4 times with rests of 1-2 minutes between exercises)

Do the Bent Over Row like a Pro!!!


Hey everybody, I hope your all having a great day and not letting this rainy NYC day get you down.  Check out this video I did  on the proper way to do the bent over row. The bent over row is one of the main stay exercises that I use regularly to challenge my lats, upper back and biceps.  It will help you build big strong muscles, but if not done properly it can put too much stress on your lower back. 
Watch the video and learn to do it the right way.  Throw the bent over row in your next workout and report back..

Hello everybody!

 I hope you are all having  a great day. I know it's been a while but I'm back with some more useful health and fitness information that will benefit many of you out there.

 A few days ago, I was speaking to a new client of mine who mentioned that she has diabetes and that her husband had a thyroid problem which continued to his weight gain and lethargy.  She asked me if I knew of any natural ways to help with the symptoms they were both experiencing, so I decided to do a little research.  I didn't have to look far since I subscribe to many different health and fitness publication and receive awesome articles on a daily basis. I remember getting this email recently about natural remedies to bunch of common health problems.  I found it sent it to them and they found it extremely helpful, so I figured why not pass it on to you.

Fun and Function in the Park with #TheFitNewYorker!

Hey guys, we had an awesome #FunandFunction class today in central park and the weather was great. A parade came through the park and shut down our usual spot, so i had to improvise and work with our surroundings.  I love training on the Fly ..it's a challenge to create a good workout on the spot for a group but it's always fun and rewarding.  Everybody came out and gave it 100 percent and for that i say thank you.  That's all i ask! Check out clips from the workout.......
You can do all this at home or in your park too.!!
