Listen, I am just as upset as the next Knick fan,but now that  these stumbling steps are over, we can only look to the bright side.  We can only get better!  Yes, losing is always hard to swallow, but we saw flashes of brilliance in a team that was just thrown together.  Now just imagine what we might be like after a few months of getting to know each other.  Even as I watched the game yesterday and my man Carter came out and single handedly brought us back from the abyss, I realized that these guys just don't know what the hell is going on at times.  they just don't know each others habits and expectations well enough yet.  On the other hand the Celtics were very confident in themselves and each other. We just didn't have that confidence in each other on the court yesterday.  The story may have been different if Mason, Williams, Fields, and Walker got hot like they've done in the past, but it didn't happen.  We got a lot of good looks at the the 3 ball but none really dropped.  It's a shame because just winning one game would have meant the world to NYC.  Look how low our bar has dropped man! lol

We are now in a new era of Knick basketball and we will reclaim our spot as one of the elite teams in the NBA. We have two bonafide superstars in Amare and Carmelo, and a lot of freaking potential and not to mention Mo MONEY!
You know as soon as the buzzer went off the front office went to work to find out what free agents to get in the off season.  We have to look at all the holes in our game and make good decisions, because for the first time in ages we are under the cap and can add at least 2-3 pieces ( players) to the puzzle. I love chauncey but I think physically even he knows it's coming to an end, so we should not extend his contract.  That's even Mo Money to spend.  I Say Mark Gasol  and Chris Paul CP3.  If that happens it's over, and we will be dominant at almost every position.  That's all we need.  Areal center that can block, pass, defend and score, and a dynamic point guard who is a threat. Bingo!

This years promise and disappointed will soon be long forgotten my friends and the true Knicks fans will once again be Envied. It's been a long time but we have earned it!

Thanks for stopping by. Drop me a note!
