The Water Bottle Workout Series #3 with Max Tapper

What's happening errrbody.  I know we all got a quick lil preview of spring the other day when the temps got up into the 50's.  But today smacked us back down to earth with some good ol' February 30's.  instead of letting it get me down, what I took away from that experience is that summer is right around the corner. and It is officially time for those who have been slacking on the fitness tip to step ya game up. So, with that in mind, I am here to present to you the latest installment in the Water Bottle Workout Series. This episode is based around my 60 second fitness challenge so it's only one exercise that you do for 60 seconds.  Make sure you check out the video and take the challenge. I know you can do it....

The Watter Bottle Workout Series : Exercise Circuit #2 with Max Tapper

Hey everybody out there! What's happening? Can you believe this crazy weather we're getting? Well, as we prepare for the crazy snow to dump on us here in NYC, I felt it would again be a good time to drop a new exercise video. Seeing that you will probably be stuck in the house, you might want something productive to do. Today I am bringing to you the second installment in the Water Bottle Workout series. This one is a bit different from the last one because instead of one exercise, it is 4 exercises done in a circuit. This may be a little more advanced for some but I am sure everyone can do it with a little effort.

The Water Bottle Workout series with Max Tapper

Hey everybody out there. Hopefully you are braving the weather and still enjoying this snowy day. As yucky a day as it is outside, that also makes it a perfect day for me to put out the first video in my new Water Bottle Home Workout Series. What's a better to way to spend this snowy day, than getting your ass up off the chair, couch, or desk and shaking IT for a few minutes..
I've been getting a lot of email from people asking about the best ways to workout at home, and its usually due to a lack of finances or time.   I felt it was a shame for those two things to hold you back from getting in better shape and a topic many people would  benefit from so i decided to start the Water Bottle Workout series.
First off, let me say that this system is really catered to the beginner and fitness novice who is just starting to exercise, but it can also be catered to challenge the seasoned professional athlete.  The difficulty is all based on the intensity, and there are many variables that effect intensity such as speed, load, duration, and complexity of the movement.

Now back to the Water bottles! In this series you will plainly be using water bottles from your local supermarket or any other container that can safely hold water.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE WATER BOTTLES ARE NEW AND COMPLETELY SEALED!!  ...And don't let it go....It's not my fault if you let it go and the container breaks lol.  At least it's only water.

Anyway, these exercises are perfect for my 60 Second Fitness Challenge. Do this exercise for 60 second straight every hour. You may notice that even i began to breathe harder in just the few seconds while displaying the exercise. That's the point! to get your body moving and  get you heart and lungs working. As you get more conditioned you increase the intensity.  Either you do the movement faster, with a heavier water bottle, or just choose a more complicated exercise, and ultimately its a combination of all three.

Again, this is just the first exercise in the series and there will be many more to come. Stay tuned in!
