The Water Bottle Workout Series #3 with Max Tapper

What's happening errrbody.  I know we all got a quick lil preview of spring the other day when the temps got up into the 50's.  But today smacked us back down to earth with some good ol' February 30's.  instead of letting it get me down, what I took away from that experience is that summer is right around the corner. and It is officially time for those who have been slacking on the fitness tip to step ya game up. So, with that in mind, I am here to present to you the latest installment in the Water Bottle Workout Series. This episode is based around my 60 second fitness challenge so it's only one exercise that you do for 60 seconds.  Make sure you check out the video and take the challenge. I know you can do it....
