The Medicine Ball Circuit with Max tapper


Good morning everybody! I hope all is well and that you have chosen to dedicate at least a part of your day, everyday to your own personal health.  Today we are going to work with a medicine ball in a short circuit of 4 exercises that will work on your conditioning, core strength and balance.  This episode is a little bit more advanced, so make sure you start off slow or with a really light medicine ball if you are a beginner.   But as always, the goal is to challenge yourself..

Let's do Abs with Max Tapper

What's happening everybody?  I Hope you guys had a exciting and active weekend..

Today were going to do do some abs.  Yup that's right, ABS!  Everybody is always asking me what's the best exercises to do to sculpt and chisel your core... well,  here are a few..... 3 to be exact.  You're going to do these exercises in a circuit with as little time as possible in between. Your doing just ten reps on each side of your body for the first two exercises. Then for the Mountain climber you will count 20 reps per knee. I just need you to do them 3 times and your done. Take about a 30 sec to a minute rest in between sets. The goal its to try to complete it fully without stopping.  Peace of cake......

Lets do The Reverse Lunge!! with special guest Carmelo Anthony

Hey everybody whats going on out there.   Yes its still freezing outside with no sign of a break in sight. I'm over this weather already.  Who do I need to speak to?

Well anyway,today in the 4th episode of The Water Bottle Workout Series were going to focus on an awesome move, the Reverse Lunge.  It's great for building up every muscle in your legs and we're pairing it up with the bicep curl and over head press to work the shoulders and arms. This move will also get your heart rate up and give you a nice cardiovascular challenge.Were doing this today as a part of The 60 Second Fitness Challenge where you do the reverse lunge for 60 seconds every hour today.  You can do that can't you?
I also have another surprise for you,  I spoke to my contacts, worked some magic, and got my main man Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks to stop by and workout with us today. You can see how does in the video. Now if that's not motivation I don't know what is!
