Today we are going to work with a medicine ball in a short circuit of 4 exercises that will work on your conditioning, core strength and balance. This episode is a little bit more advanced, so make sure you start off slow or with a really light medicine ball if you are a beginner. But as always, the goal is to challenge yourself..
