Let's do Abs with Max Tapper

What's happening everybody?  I Hope you guys had a exciting and active weekend..

Today were going to do do some abs.  Yup that's right, ABS!  Everybody is always asking me what's the best exercises to do to sculpt and chisel your core... well,  here are a few..... 3 to be exact.  You're going to do these exercises in a circuit with as little time as possible in between. Your doing just ten reps on each side of your body for the first two exercises. Then for the Mountain climber you will count 20 reps per knee. I just need you to do them 3 times and your done. Take about a 30 sec to a minute rest in between sets. The goal its to try to complete it fully without stopping.  Peace of cake......
