Lets do The Reverse Lunge!! with special guest Carmelo Anthony

Hey everybody whats going on out there.   Yes its still freezing outside with no sign of a break in sight. I'm over this weather already.  Who do I need to speak to?

Well anyway,today in the 4th episode of The Water Bottle Workout Series were going to focus on an awesome move, the Reverse Lunge.  It's great for building up every muscle in your legs and we're pairing it up with the bicep curl and over head press to work the shoulders and arms. This move will also get your heart rate up and give you a nice cardiovascular challenge.Were doing this today as a part of The 60 Second Fitness Challenge where you do the reverse lunge for 60 seconds every hour today.  You can do that can't you?
I also have another surprise for you,  I spoke to my contacts, worked some magic, and got my main man Carmelo Anthony of the New York Knicks to stop by and workout with us today. You can see how does in the video. Now if that's not motivation I don't know what is!
