Power in Posture with Max Tapper

Good morning everybody out there! Spring is finally here and it's time for those tank tops and strapless dresses to come out the closet. If you've been working on getting in better shape during the winter months, that's awesome. ..And if you haven't, then you still have a lil time to put a dent in it. Lets start here..

As I look around on my daily strolls through the city, I see a lot of people with really poor posture Everybody knows they need to stand up straighter and keep their shoulders back, but most just neglect it until they walk in front of a mirror or until beach season is right in front of their face..  A nice back is something that many aspire to have, but poor posture and that hunched over look can ruin a beach back quickly, not to mention the strain on other muscles and wasted energy.   So Today, we are going to focus on a few exercises to improve posture.  These exercises and stretches will strengthen the weak muscles (rhomboids, traps, rear delts external rotators) and stretch the tight ones (chest, lats, internal rotators)  and help in restoring balance to you muscular system and posture.

Alright, lets get to it.  Watch the video and do these exercises and stretches every day to every other day, and witness your posture and shoulder strength improve. With that muscular change you will also find a huge change in your confidence and the way people respond to you.
