#TheFitNewYorker: Suspension Training in the Park

What's up everybody! Today I'm posting a new workout that you can do in the park or anywhere with space.  I'm using a suspension trainer like the popular TRX and just my body weight to get an awesome workout that touches every single muscle in the body.
