I hope you are all having a great day. I know it's been a while but I'm back with some more useful health and fitness information that will benefit many of you out there.
A few days ago, I was speaking to a new client of mine who mentioned that she has diabetes and that her husband had a thyroid problem which continued to his weight gain and lethargy.
