Do the Bent Over Row like a Pro!!!

Hey everybody, I hope your all having a great day and not letting this rainy NYC day get you down.  Check out this video I did  on the proper way to do the bent over row. The bent over row is one of the main stay exercises that I use regularly to challenge my lats, upper back and biceps.  It will help you build big strong muscles, but if not done properly it can put too much stress on your lower back. 
Watch the video and learn to do it the right way.  Throw the bent over row in your next workout and report back..
